Kodak DX Digital Photography Review
In my own work, I rarely use manual focus, but I use manual white balance all the time. Slight delay, but nothing to crazy. There’s only the slightest amount of softness in the corners, less than I’m accustomed to seeing in this shot. Low-Light Tests Really excellent low-light performance, with good color at all five ISO settings, and usable autofocus down to the lowest light levels I test at. Though, it’s important to consider that the DX’s four-megapixel CCD is likely capable of capturing more detail than the poster actually has in it, even though it was made from a MB scan of a 4×5 negative shot with a tack-sharp lens.
What’s in the Box? Resolution is very high, with great detail in the embroidery of the blue robe, as well as in the flower garland.

A similar camera without the KODAK name is a great deal less expensive but, it does not carry the prestige as a “name brand” does in today’s w orld. Sure, you’ll find it in our torture testbut it wasn’t in too many of my other shots. Shutter lag was very short on this camera, which was nice. Show More Vx Less.
The extreme tonal range of this image makes koddak a tough shot for many digicams, which is precisely why I set it up this way, and why I xd it with no fill flash or reflector to open the shadows. Easy to hold, easy to store and easy to use! These digital cameras are designed for the maximum user friendly experience. Overexposure with the default settings, but good resolution and detail. By default, the DX shows you no exposure information about your photos. The DX’s Auto white balance setting did an excellent job here, almost entirely avoiding the pitfall of the excessive blue tones.
